Toucan's Bar at The Wharf Resort

This bar and restaurant for sale is located along the shores of Mille Lacs Lake, there is lakeside parking for boats. There are also 5 tent sites in this area - 4 of them are lakeside, located on a peninsula and the fifth is near the playground area. The East Side has 1,800± feet of shoreline along Mille Lacs, plus an additional 1,700± feet of harbor frontage. There are approximately 50 docks in the harbor for boat parking, two boat launch ramps, a shower house with restrooms, and an RV dump station.

"The Park" Camping Area

This portion of the resort, along with The Refuge portion, is located North of Whistle Road.  The Park features a 4-unit motel with each room having a 3/4 bath, a shower house with restrooms, a fish-cleaning shack, RV dump station, and space for overflow/trailer parking.

The Park side of the resort has 28 full hook-up campsites, 54 additional sites, and 3 tent sites.

"The Refuge"

Located on the most northerly portion of the property, The Refuge has 42 campsites, a shower house building, and a 10,500 sq ft pole building (128' x 82'). A 56' x 40' portion of the building is a heated shop with concrete floor.

Acreage for Sale on Highway 18

Included with the property is a 14+ acre parcel of land, located just over a mile down the road.  This land is mostly open, gated, and is used for off-season storage space for additional income (fish house parking in the summer, boat parking in the winter, etc).  The back portion of the land is wooded and borders MN Department of Natural Resources land.
